At Fresh Start Global Enterprise, we want customers and clients to understand the financial commitment they are making before purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, or engaging us for services. Because many of our products and services involve professional time, reserved appointments, digital access, proprietary materials, customized work, software access, or immediate delivery, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product or service.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Fresh Start Global Enterprise and participating affiliated Fresh Start companies, brands, and programs, including Fresh Start Business Service, unless different written terms are provided at the time of purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
Unless a different refund policy is expressly provided in writing before purchase:
All sales are final and non-refundable once the applicable product, service, access, or work has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, scheduled, initiated, or performed.
We encourage you to carefully review:
• The service description
• Pricing
• Payment terms
• Program requirements
• Appointment dates
• Deliverables
• Subscription terms
• Any separate agreement
before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this policy eliminates any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
2. Professional and Business Services
Payments for professional, consulting, business, administrative, tax, bookkeeping, advisory, or similar services become non-refundable to the extent work has been performed, time has been reserved, expenses have been incurred, or resources have been committed to the engagement. Deposits, retainers, setup fees, onboarding fees, filing preparation fees, administrative fees, and other amounts identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase or in a service agreement are non-refundable except where required by law. If you discontinue a service after work begins, you remain responsible for fees associated with work already performed and any other obligations contained in your service agreement. A separate engagement agreement may contain additional refund or cancellation provisions. If so, that agreement controls the applicable service.
3. Tax and Financial-Related Services
Tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting support, tax-resolution support, financial administration, and related professional services often require staff time and work before a final document or result is delivered.
Accordingly, fees attributable to work already performed are non-refundable.
A decision not to proceed after substantial preparation has begun does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Specific tax or financial engagements may be governed by a separate signed engagement agreement, and the terms of that agreement will control if different from this general policy.
4. Consultations and Appointments
Consultation and appointment fees compensate Fresh Start for professional time reserved specifically for you.
Unless otherwise stated when booking:
• Appointment fees are non-refundable once the appointment has occurred.
• Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Late cancellations may be treated as a missed appointment.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If a particular appointment has a required cancellation or rescheduling window, that requirement will be disclosed during booking or confirmation. If Fresh Start cancels an appointment and cannot reasonably reschedule it, the amount paid for that appointment may be refunded or credited toward another service.
5. Courses, Classes, Training, Coaching, and Academy Programs
Enrollment fees for courses, workshops, coaching programs, training, educational programs, certification preparation, masterminds, memberships, or similar programs are generally non-refundable once:
• The program has begun
• Course materials have been released
• A student portal has been accessed
• Live sessions have begun
• Recordings or proprietary resources have been provided
• Coaching or instructional services have been delivered
Failure to attend, participate, complete assignments, access available materials, or complete a program does not create a right to a refund. Any program-specific refund guarantee or withdrawal policy must be stated in writing at the time of enrollment to apply.
6. Digital Products and Downloads
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except as required by law.
Digital products may include:
• E-books
• Templates
• Forms
• Guides
• Workbooks
• Checklists
• Recorded training
• Downloadable resources
• Business tools
• Digital kits
• Electronic documents
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product, please contact us so that we can attempt to correct the access issue. A technical-access problem does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund when the product can reasonably be re-delivered or access restored.
7. Software and Subscription Services
Software, memberships, platforms, and other recurring services may be billed monthly, annually, or on another recurring schedule. Where recurring billing applies, the billing frequency and price will be disclosed during enrollment. You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop future renewal charges using the cancellation method provided for that service.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Cancellation applies to future billing periods.
• Previously processed subscription payments are not prorated or refunded merely because the service is canceled before the end of the paid billing period.
• Access may remain available through the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellation does not refund prior periods in which access was available.
If you cancel after a renewal has already been processed, the payment is subject to this policy and the applicable subscription terms. Any subscription-specific terms presented during enrollment will control if they provide different cancellation rights.
8. Payment Plans
A payment plan is a method of paying an agreed purchase price over time and does not automatically convert the purchase into a month-to-month cancel-anytime service. If you purchase a fixed-price service or program using installments, cancellation of your participation does not necessarily cancel the remaining balance. Your payment obligation will be determined by the agreement accepted when the payment plan was established. Where a payment plan relates to a true recurring subscription rather than a fixed purchase price, the subscription cancellation provisions above will apply.
9. Deposits and Retainers
Deposits or retainers identified as non-refundable are used to reserve capacity, begin onboarding, secure professional time, allocate resources, or begin work. Such deposits and retainers are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Any remaining balance continues to be governed by the applicable service agreement.
10. Customized or Completed Work
Fees for customized services are non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been created.
This may include:
• Customized business documents
• Business setup services
• Consulting deliverables
• Strategic plans
• Filing preparation
• Customized software work
• Personalized training
• Custom templates
• Research
• Administrative projects
Dissatisfaction based solely on a change of mind does not create a refund right after customized work has begun.
If there is a material problem with the service delivered, please contact us so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
11. Events
Tickets, registrations, sponsorships, vendor fees, and admission fees for events are non-refundable unless the event-specific terms state otherwise. If Fresh Start cancels an event entirely, we may provide a refund, credit, transfer, or replacement event option depending on the circumstances and the terms disclosed for the event.
Postponement or rescheduling does not necessarily constitute cancellation.
12. Physical Products
If Fresh Start offers physical merchandise or products, any applicable return or exchange terms will be displayed with the product, at checkout, or in an accompanying policy. Defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or legally returnable products will be handled as required by applicable law and the terms provided with the purchase.
13. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were:
• Charged more than once for the same transaction
• Charged an incorrect amount
• Billed after a properly completed subscription cancellation
• Charged for a transaction you do not recognize
please contact us promptly.
We will review billing concerns and correct verified billing errors when appropriate.
Submitting a billing inquiry does not waive any rights available to either party.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a transaction, we encourage you to contact Fresh Start first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern. Filing a payment dispute does not automatically cancel a valid contractual obligation. We reserve the right to provide transaction records, signed agreements, usage information, communications, delivery records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.
15. When Fresh Start Cannot Provide the Service
If Fresh Start is unable to provide a paid service and no reasonable substitute, rescheduling option, or agreed alternative can be provided, we may issue a refund or credit for the portion of the service that was not provided.
Amounts attributable to services already completed are not automatically refundable.
16. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate a refund, cancellation, rescission, dispute, or consumer-protection right that applies under federal or state law and cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a different result, applicable law controls.
17. Requesting a Review
Although purchases may be non-refundable under this policy, we want legitimate concerns addressed.
If you believe:
• You were charged incorrectly
• You did not receive a purchased product or service
• There was a material technical issue
• A service was canceled by Fresh Start
• Your situation qualifies for an exception stated in your agreement
• Applicable law provides you with a cancellation or refund right
please contact us with your name, purchase information, service purchased, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Approved refunds, credits, or other resolutions will be determined based on the applicable service agreement, this policy, transaction circumstances, and applicable law.
